Don’t empty your mind when meditating.
Now more than ever, we need to pray.
Direct your thoughts towards God and ask that Spirit comes into your heart.
As you breathe visualize the infinite light of Source, the light of all creation,
moving from the crown of your head with your breath throughout your entire body.
Feel the subtle energy vibrations and identify with the different sensations in your body.
Contemplate on love and observe all parts of yourself in a state of perfection. Heal.
In today’s world it is probably safe to say that every human is suffering from some form of emotional dysregulation, a symptom of trauma. It is important that we take steps towards understanding what is needed to activate us towards a personal journey of self-healing.
We have seen considerable shifts in societal norms which have been affected on a massive scale by Covid, lockdown, natural disasters, war and the list goes on. We have all experienced great loss as we have witnessed through the advancements of technology and social media, the suffering of people around the world, bringing us into a sort of collective energy which is leaving many stuck or in fear.
In every country across the globe we are being made aware of the common man’s uprising against governments, leaders and even our medical system, demanding answers, truth, transparency and change.
Many over the past few years have been forced to look at more natural alternatives to healing as the rising medical costs have also been met with incoherent or incorrect diagnosis and the prescription of medications which have not worked. Medication continues to be altered, increased or decreased and manipulated to try and solve cases. Cancer patients ‘drugged up’, hopeless for a full recovery, the strain on families watching the experiments, unimaginable.
To try and summarize the benefits of yoga as a form of therapy is to delve into a volcano of intense activity designed over centuries to extract layers, to help heal any individual in the most natural way. And, our natural state of being is far from anything we could imagine, unlocking supernatural gifts we have forgotten about.
One’s own mental health and willpower is of the utmost importance, to ensure that whatever techniques are applied in a physical way will filter into the subtle layers of the mind.
To initiate deeper spirit level healing, a soul transformation, one needs to understand that our reality, what we have been conditioned to believe, is essentially not conducive to the essence of our being.
Self-diagnosing disorders, such as depression and CPTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder), is becoming the norm as anyone can Google their symptoms and decide what ‘reader’ they will subscribe to. Accumulating online subscriptions and working through myriads of research and YouTube videos can be an excellent way to become more aware of your ailments. But, there is also a very uncomfortable line between sitting behind your ‘devices’ absorbing the information, to putting actual physical effort into the momentum of the application of therapies which may seem right for you.
Believing in the therapy, integrating it into your daily routine, detachment and observation techniques, are possibly steps one is not able to take on their own if the ailment, illness or disease stems from any form of deep emotional wounding, addiction or codependent behaviour.
Yoga is not just simply a form of exercise to increase the flexibility of the body. Yoga ‘union’ begins in the conscious and subconscious mind. Your belief system. Your conscience helped by intuition, are catalysts for the stirring of change needed. That voice, if not obeyed, can often manifest in depression and illness on a scale which can, if enough time is spent in a low energy frequency, lead to chronic illness.
We need to increase our energy frequency, the high vibration that comes from understanding our relationship to God, love, Source.
Students of yoga are encouraged to breathe, meditate, contemplate, let go, be still. Why?
To reset one’s energy and reconnect to a deeper sense of one’s true self, your real identity.
Quite simply, to know who you are, what you can create, you have to go deeper.
The stresses of modern life, work, money and more have pulled us so far from our ability to relax and feel in an authentic way. Being separated from emotions and feelings we can find each day the same as the last without much growth, expansion and abundance. Ultimately making us feel depressed, unhappy and lacking.
Life in western society has many sedentary, sitting on the couch, waiting and procrastinating. By the time a person becomes a pensioner, at the age of 60/65, the body has already been depleted and worn out. Those long awaited rewarding years which were supposed to be filled with bucket list memories become a race against time. Finding equilibrium to quick fix ‘mistakes’ of the past can be futile and soul destroying if we only consider a one sided medical approach without delving into the depths of potential we have within us, our minds. To practice simple techniques to help combat the brutality of neurological and autoimmune diseases, and especially cancer on our system.
How absurd too that many of the choices we make to take holidays, go for a walk in nature or book a healing treatment like a massage is just touching the tip of the iceberg in relation to what your body really needs. We urgently need to start looking at the bigger picture here, to change our perceptions when it comes to recharging the systems in the body. For a longer term effect. Not just for ourselves, but for our families and communities.
Integrating human biology, natural science and esoteric medicine into a discipline which essentially becomes the foundation and equilibrium in general health and wellness, is also most certainly not affiliated with any cult, or reserved for a specific religion or culture. Yoga has the potential to become a universal healing tool if each person seeks to take responsibility for the minimum applied amount of self-care routine based in ancient natural yogic practices.
Yoga is the state of being ‘union with the self, Source, God’, that one achieves when yoga philosophy becomes a lifestyle. When we live in Christ-like union with our inner and outer environments we unleash innate potential to create and freedom from worldly suffering. To remember and reaffirm who we are.
My name is Pamela Tosh, I am a spiritual being having an incredible human experience. I am an energy centre resonating in a high vibrational love frequency. I am available to most individuals who would like to walk an honest spiritual path towards transformation and freedom. Egos and narcissists, friends and partners, who have come across my path to distract and isolate me have actually had me in training. Thank you, I forgive you. I am the example.
With the understanding that the ‘need of the hour’ is urgently increasing. The speed at which heart activations need to happen now, in this lifetime, is a huge task that we simply have to do TOGETHER.
It has been impressed upon my own heart that it is time to open myself up to sharing my story with others, that what I have experienced is truth and a message of abundance available to every person.
My love for God was activated at a very young age. It was only much later in life when I devoted myself to working on the streets in India, did I truly come into union with God and understood our purpose. My repeated devotional journeys to India were a calling from Spirit, however were not financially sustainable, as I found that upon each return to my home in Cape Town, South Africa, I had changed. I had transformed into a new version of myself, more detached from western social norms and ideals. Drifting between these two versions of self has been extremely challenging. Shifting between perceptions of myself to find the authentic version of me. What felt like sacrifice and loss is rewarded with knowledge.
I do like the term earth angel a lot more than kama yogi, and then laugh at the need for labeling (a human condition) to project who I am for accreditation. To define myself by any one thing would be a great injustice.
I am infinite in my capabilities, as we all are to transform and be many different versions of oneself. Let the greatest adventure of your life begin so you can say with assurance, “I am love.”
